      As all our items are customised and made to order we do not offer the ability to refund for it for 'change of mind' or 'wrong fit', so we urge you to ensure you to read product descriptions carefully, check our size guides or use our customer care team to help answer any questions before purchasing.

      We are happy for you to share your measurements with us so prior to purchase so we can guide you with the right sizing or offer customisation prior to checkout.

      Please note that we only offer refunds for faulty items that cannot be replaced or repaired. 

      In the instance you receive a faulty item please complete the returns form and we will assist you to resolve the issue. 


      Returns for an exchange or credit will only be accepted if the item is deemed faulty and must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

      To make a return, please complete the return card received in your order. Returns for exchange outside of this period will not be accepted.

      The customer is responsible the return shipping costs to Australia. We recommend you send by registered post with the ability to track delivery, as we cannot action your exchange until your package is received.

      The return item must be in it's original condition; unworn, unmarked, odour-free, with all tags and hygiene stickers still attached. Body Juice reserves the right to refuse exchange if these conditions are not met.

      To check fit, please try on your swim wear order over underwear to avoid soiling.

      Once your return has been received, you will be issued with a store credit note or exchange, depending on your chosen preference. Store credit notes are valid for 1 year.

      Exchange orders will be billed for shipping, therefore shipping costs paid cannot be refunded and are not be included in the store credit.

      If you receive the incorrect item, colour or ordered size or there is a fault with your item, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery to help you resolve your issue.
